The Harvey Honey Farm started in 2001 with just honey that we sold at the local Co-op in Ponderay Idaho, and over time, progressed into a small diversified family farm. 

We now produce not only honey but, we sell starter beehives, beeswax candles, honey soap, honey gift baskets, pasture beef, naturally raised pork, and fresh eggs from chickens, turkeys and ducks. 

Beginning for the year 2008 we will be offering a subscription CSA (Community Supported Agriculture) which will provide our subscribers, beginning in May, with a weekly box of fresh produce from our greenhouse garden, fresh eggs, and honey. 

The greenhouse has given us a headstart on our garden starts such as peas, spinach, broccoli, raddish, lettuce, cabbage, and so forth.
